April 2009 Rundown
April has been a successful month for MyAdMarket as our company continues to grow. Our company attended the Ad:Tech San Francisco show on April 22nd and 23rd. We would just like to thank all those who visited our booth and spoke to our company representatives. The show was a great opportunity for us to network and see what others are currently doing in this fascinating world of digital media.
We will be launching a new ad serving code, scheduled to be released on May 11, 2009. The upgrade includes a new interface for both in-line text link and graphical banners, featuring a new description and a new search field. Our beta model has been tested on these new interfaces and CTRs have increased by double! Along with these new features, we will also be improving our existing features on our private-label ad management platform. We’ll keep you posted of all the system enhancements in next month’s newsletter!
I’d like to take this time to introduce myself, my name is Tom Sheu, and I have just joined the MyAdMarket team. February 2009 Rundown
This month, we’ve implemented a couple of new features to our Open Media Exchange platform. Advertisers and publishers can now retrieve their lost passwords by clicking on a link to have their account IDs and passwords sent to the email address they have provided when they signed up for your service. We’ve also enabled the ability to set a higher revenue share for each individual publisher site (a bonus for those who deliver higher quality traffic). Plus, the site settings in the in the admin panel offers three new options for site targeting to improve the quality of traffic being sent to advertisers.
Client Tips and Techniques
Increasing Publisher Site Revenue Share on MyAdMarket’s Contextual Open Media Exchange Platform
Offer a higher incentive for your publishers’ premium traffic – To do this, locate the site settings in the admin panel for the particular site, and under the Site Share are, you can increase or decrease the site’s profit share individually. The formula is: (new rate/old rate)x100
For example:
Right now, the Publisher Share Rate is set to 50% for all publishers. If one publisher website generates good quality traffic, you may want to increase this publisher’s profit share to 60%. You will need to set site share % to:
(60/50)x100 = 120%
If one publisher website generates poor quality traffic, you may want to decrease this publisher profit share to 40%. You will need to set site share % to:
(40/50)x100 = 80%
If you need more information about any of these new features, get in touch with one of our friendly account representatives at our regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, conveniently via live chat, telephone, or email.
Warm regards,

Our sales director, Julia Poon and myself will be there so please drop by and say hello – we’d love to hear from you.
Client Tips and Techniques
Attract qualified visitors with Contextual Targeting
Deliver your ads to the right audience – Our developers have worked hard to supply provide our clients with many different targeting options. Highly targeted contextual advertising will help promote your website (or your clients’ websites) and bring you many new prospects. As users visit your websites, our system will automatically anticipate their needs based on the content that they are viewing. Instead of erratically broadcasting ads to a large group of random viewers, contextual targeting will ensure that the ads are of subjects that particularly interest your visitors.
To take advantage of contextual advertising using our system, you can select an unlimited amount of keywords or choose from 18 channels and over 200 subchannels. The system will then customize your ad placements using the predefined (or default) minimum bid prices. Publishers can simply copy and paste an XML or JavaScript code onto their website and the ads will instantly market directly to visitors who are interested in your business.
Not only will you save time and money, but you will also increase your company exposure, and the opportunity for click-throughs and purchases. Choose from a wide variety of ad formats (in-line text links, text/graphical banners, etc.) and cost metrics (CPC, CPM, CPV, CPI).
MyAdMarket is committed to serving you the way you want. We welcome and value any feedback and suggestions you may have regarding our services. Contact us at info@myadmarket.com.
Warm regards,
Annie K. Fung
